2016 Formula 40 PC
Few boats blend luxury, performance, and quality craftsmanship quite like the Formula 40 PC. Powered by twin Volvo Penta IPS 500 diesel engines with joystick docking and showing just 430 original hours, this 2016 Formula represents an exceptional opportunity for buyers seeking a premium express cruiser that has been lightly used and thoughtfully maintained.
Finished in stunning Flagship Blue, the 40 PC turns heads at the dock while delivering the confident ride and handling Formula owners have come to expect. The Volvo IPS propulsion system provides effortless maneuverability, impressive fuel efficiency, and reduced vibration, making everything from close-quarters docking to long-distance cruising a pleasure.
Designed for entertaining and comfortable overnighting, the spacious cockpit features abundant seating, a wet bar with grill, cockpit refrigeration, hardtop with power sunroof, cockpit air conditioning, and a full enclosure with recently replaced isinglass. Whether you're enjoying a summer evening at anchor or extending your boating season into the cooler months, the cockpit remains a comfortable and inviting space.
Below deck, Formula's reputation for fit and finish is immediately apparent. Rich wood cabinetry, Ultraleather seating, Corian countertops, and thoughtful design create an upscale atmosphere rarely found in boats of this size. Accommodations include a private forward stateroom, spacious aft cabin, enclosed head, and a fully equipped galley, making weekends aboard or extended cruising both practical and enjoyable.
Power away from the dock comes from a Kohler 8.5kW diesel generator showing less than 70 original hours, providing reliable operation for the vessel's air conditioning and onboard systems.
Recent maintenance includes fresh pod service with new gear oil and zincs, providing peace of mind for the next owner.
