Description
Introducing the 2008 Sea Ray 44 Sedan Bridge - a luxurious and updated yacht with no expenses spared. With only 1000 hours on Cummins QSC500 8.3l Engines, this beauty must be seen to be appreciated. The 9kw Onan genset has a modest 3,000 hours and is more than capable of powering the systems while off the dock. The original white hull is in excellent condition, assuring that you will stand out from other boats on the water.
Key features include a hydraulic swim platform capable of loading a jet ski or tender, bow thruster, Raymarine navigation equipment, RADAR, large hard top on flybridge with “New” full Strataglass enclosure including a 16,000 BTU air conditioning unit, and cold AC throughout the interior.
All décor is included, creating a modern-contemporary interior accented with cherry wood that feels like home. With two staterooms, both hosting full heads with shower stalls, this yacht is very capable of multi-night cruises. The forward, Owner’s stateroom features a queen-size bed with two cedar wardrobes as bookends at the foot of the bed in addition to ample storage forward. The Port stateroom features a convertible bed capable of transforming from 2-twins to a queen, depending on the group dynamics, and includes its own cedar wardrobe. The Salon includes a dining table, pull-out full bed under the port settee, while the starboard settee contains the central vacuum system and plenty of storage below.
Cruising is a joy on this stylish motor yacht, with a comfortable 25+ mph cruise and efficient diesel engines. If fishing is in your plans for the day, this yacht features rod holders on the transom so you can troll for those monsters at a comfortable speed. The impeccable lines of this yacht are evident when on plane, while guests are enjoying the top of the world view from the like-new aft seating on the bridge deck. While this yacht is plenty capable of trips to the Keys and Bahamas, its primary use has been shorter, near-coastal trips to the local sandbar tie-ups and sunset cruises along the barrier islands of the Gulf.
Pride of ownership is evident aboard this yacht. It has been maintained with an open checkbook, making it a must-have for any discerning buyer. Recently upgraded galley refrigerator, 2 burner electric stove and convection microwave allow for efficient food service for guests. The new cockpit refrigerator provides quick access to beverages for those times when your group is playing with water toys or swimming at anchor.
If interested in offsetting some of the costs of ownership, this yacht is perfect to add to a charter fleet as well. The possibilities are endless!!!
