Description
Rare opportunity: of the 9 Sea Ray 340 Amberjacks currently listed on the market, this is one of the very few equipped with twin Caterpillar 3126 diesel engines rather than gasoline power. July, 2026 Pre-Purchase Survey is available
“In Deep Ship II” is a beautifully kept Sea Ray 34 Amberjack, one of the most sought‑after diesel express models Sea Ray ever built. With her wide 13’5” beam, deep‑V hull, and the perfect blend of sportfishing capability and cruising comfort, she delivers the big‑boat feel buyers love in a manageable 34‑foot package.
Owned by the same knowledgeable boater for 24 years, this Amberjack has been a centerpiece of family weekends and has always received top‑tier care. The owner recently invested over $30,000 in professional reconditioning to ensure the next owner receives a true turnkey boat. All work is documented, and receipts are available for serious buyers.
Recent service includes:
• Full engines, transmissions, and generator service
• Three coats of bottom paint
• PropSpeed, new zincs, and fuel polishing
• Complete compound, polish, and wax
• Engine room detailing and more
Powered by twin Caterpillar 3126 diesels (approx. 1350 hours), she offers the reliability, torque, and efficiency of diesel buyers' demand. The Westerbeke 5.5 kW diesel generator (installed 2020, approx. 460 hours) provides dependable power for air‑conditioning and all onboard systems.
The cockpit is exceptionally large — ideal for fishing, cruising, or entertaining a crowd. The L‑shaped aft seat (stored indoors), drop‑down curtain, full cockpit cover, and full enclosure are all included. Inside, she’s equipped with a full galley, air‑conditioning, central vacuum, full electronics package, windlass, and a Reverso oil change system.
This boat shows clean, the gelcoat shines, the engines run beautifully, and she’s ready for her next long journey. She’s been washed weekly; the bottom cleaned monthly and waxed every three months—clear signs of consistent, proactive care. The seller is also motivated, as he is moving up to a larger yacht.
Your purchase includes InterMarine’s Exclusive Delivery Package, which provides new‑owner training, orientation, and eligibility for our Fun InterMarine Escapades.

Broker's Comment
This boat has only had one previous owner for the first initial 2 years. The current owner has enjoyed this boat with his family for the past 24 years. All maintenance is up to date, including the 1000-hour service on Caterpillar 3126 engines. A few years back he replaced all the gauges and panels on the dashboard and therefore the current hour meter readings are not accurate.
The boat has approximately 1350 hours. Over the 24 years ownership he has replaced just about everything from refrigerator, ice maker, generator, water pumps and bilge pumps and much more to have the boat ready for his weekend uses. He has just done a complete service on the boat and is ready to part with her to buy his larger next boat. The seller is now motivated to accept all reasonable offers.
