Captain Jean De Keyser is Florida licensed yacht broker and a sailing instructor certified by the American Sailing Association. He is also a licensed U.S. Coast Guard Master 100T with Towing and Sailing Endorsements and a charter broker.
He has sailed extensively on the Great Lakes, the Gulf, Indian Ocean, the Mediterranean as well as offshore in the Atlantic.
